This is what my mornings have been like lately.

My office has been ordering in breakfast for everyone the last couple of days. Yesterday was doughnuts. Today was danishes and muffins. Tomorrow they are planning for bagels.
Talk about a low-carb dieters nightmare.
Please pray for me, I'm not sure I'll make it.....


  1. You can do it! Just think about how awful you'll feel after eating the crap, and how much you'll crave it. It's SO not worth it. I believe in you!!


  2. Those 'breakfast foods' are the thing I liked least about our trip. I can't understand how anyone can eat food so sweet, stodgy and fatty as in donuts. I couldn't believe it when we went for the complimentary breakfasts at the motels we stayed in. Nearly all served these awful donuts and sweet pastries with brewed coffee. Our best breakfasts were at Safeway where we chose food from the deli and coffee at Starbucks. I guess we have things that we love and you would hate too. I know Marmite is one of them LOL

  3. You gotta decide what you want more; the momentary taste pleasure, or a body you are proud of. ;)
